A message from Alessandra
I offer both traditional and psychedelic-assisted therapy with a grounded and accessible approach. My goal is to help you understand what’s happening in your brain and mind, using science-based psychoeducation to empower individuals and create lasting change. Based in humanistic and depth psychology, my work supports deep transformation whether you're navigating challenges, seeking clarity, or exploring new possibilities.
We all have thoughts and behaviors we want to change, but to do so in a substantial way, to live your best life, deeper introspection and understanding are required. My work goes beyond “managing symptoms” to addressing root causes.

My approach is straightforward and collaborative; I want to talk with you and not at you. I can be direct, but at the same time I want to provide everyone that comes into the office with a place where they feel supported, heard, and cared for. I think my greatest strength as a clinician is that I do truly care about each case and I want you to succeed.
Every day I am energized by the work of supporting people on their path to a happier and healthier life. I believe that we talk much slower than we think, and it is necessary to speak things out loud before we can make sense of our complex thoughts and emotions. I aim to create that space in a way that is dynamic and involved. I will absolutely not be the clinician that stares at you blankly and nods for 45 minutes.
I was born and raised in Queens in New York City. Before I discovered my passion for innovative mental health care and psychology, I went to business school and spent time in the corporate space. This was not a good fit for me but gave me the invaluable lesson of how to make difficult changes in life to bring you closer to your true purpose. I believe change is possible for anyone willing to do the work with me. Seeking therapy is the first step in achieving the life you want.
