About the Event
Elemental Psychedelic Immersion is not simply a workshop, but a recalibration of psyche and nervous system. The experience unfolds within a carefully curated container of safety, depth, and presence, allowing you to step out of habitual momentum. This carefully crafted and therapeutically held immersion is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through a breathwork and optional ketamine journey, intention setting, somatic awareness, tarot, group integration and a live soundscape.
Our breathwork & ketamine journey is deliberately created for depth, healing, and exploration of the mind-body connection. Through altered states with live music, breathwork, and optional ketamine, we will reset the nervous system from the inside out, deepening mind-body connection. Intention setting and integration will help you carry this experience long after our day ends.
Some participants choose to incorporate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) as part of their journey. Others move entirely through breath, sound, meditation, and ritual. Both paths are fully supported and intentionally designed to open access to clarity, emotional fluidity, insight, and renewed inner direction.
The group is intentionally intimate, limited to 8–12 participants, creating a spacious, connected, and grounded atmosphere where each person can feel seen, supported, and at ease.
Light refreshments will be offered.

Important Notes About KAP Participation
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an optional component of this immersion.
KAP uses low-dose ketamine in a therapeutic setting to gently shift consciousness, soften habitual defenses, and support deeper emotional insight. When paired with careful preparation, skilled guidance, breathwork, music, and intention-setting, many participants report increased clarity, self-compassion, and access to emotions or perspectives that feel difficult to reach in ordinary states of awareness.
If you choose to receive ketamine during the immersion:
- A medical screening is required. Screenings begin as soon as you register and must be completed by January 23.
- Our medical team will review your current medications, blood pressure, psychological stability, contraindications, and your intentions for the experience.
- This retreat is not appropriate for individuals with active psychosis, unstable medical conditions, or those seeking a recreational or non-therapeutic psychedelic experience.
If you do not receive ketamine, you will still experience the full retreat structure — including breathwork, somatic guidance, live music, intention setting, and group process.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) work?
KAP combines low-dose ketamine with therapeutic support to help soften defenses, expand perspective, and deepen emotional insight. Ketamine gently shifts consciousness, creating a window where entrenched patterns become more flexible. With guidance from trained clinicians, participants often experience increased clarity, compassion for themselves, and access to underlying emotions that may be difficult to reach in day-to-day awareness.
Why is ketamine paired with breathwork, music, and intention?
Ketamine works best when the mind and body are already in a receptive state.
Breathwork calms the nervous system, focuses attention inward, and opens somatic pathways for release. Intention setting gives the mind direction, while music creates an immersive emotional landscape that supports deeper exploration. Together, these elements help the journey unfold with more coherence, safety, and meaning.
How does the sound journey support healing?
Live soundscapes influence physiology and emotion, helping participants move through different inner states with greater ease. Vibrations, rhythm, and melody can quiet the analytical mind, evoke imagery, soften resistance, and guide people into deeper relaxation or insight. Many participants describe the music as the “container” that holds the journey and makes it feel both safe and expansive.
What are the benefits of breathwork?
Breathwork helps regulate the autonomic nervous system, release stored tension, increase emotional openness, and shift consciousness without substances. For many, breathwork alone brings profound moments of clarity, release, or calm. It also prepares the mind and body to enter a ketamine journey with more grounding and intention.
Can I attend without taking ketamine?
Yes. This immersion is designed for people of all experience levels. Our facilitators offer grounding guidance, education, and step-by-step support so participants feel safe, informed, and held throughout the day.
Is this retreat appropriate for beginners?
Groups are intentionally small — 8 to 12 participants — to ensure warmth, spaciousness, and individual attention. People typically join with a mix of curiosity, openness, and a desire to reconnect with themselves.
What should I bring?
We recommend comfortable clothing, a journal, and anything that helps you feel grounded (small blanket, cozy socks, meaningful object). We provide mats, seating, and light refreshments.
