A Therapeutic Writing Workshop with transformative Low-Dose Ketamine

Step into a joyful, reflective space where poetry and presence meet. The Still Point is a one-of-a-kind writing workshop designed to spark creativity, insight, and emotional connection. Through guided prompts and gentle structure, participants explore their inner worlds, with low-dose ketamine to deepen imagination and ease self-expression.

What to Expect:

This workshop invites you into a creative flow state through playful, accessible writing prompts inspired by poetic forms like the Duplex (created by Pulitzer Prize-winner Jericho Brown) and stylistic templates from Ocean Vuong. Low-Dose Ketamine Component:

Low-dose ketamine can support creative openness, quiet inner chatter, and enhance emotional access. Participants often report a sense of clarity, wonder, and joy – making it a beautiful companion to the writing process.

This component is supervised by our clinical team to ensure individualized care and safety. Participants choosing this option will first complete a medical intake and eligibility evaluation with our psychiatric prescriber, Daniel Zimmerman, M.D.
