Continuum: Weekly Integration Group
Thursdays, 5–6 PM | Virtual | Beginning February 5, 2026
“The only journey is the one within.”
- Rainer Maria Rilke
A grounded space for emotional processing, meaning-making, and continuity
Continuum: Weekly Integration Group is an ongoing therapeutic space for individuals seeking steady support as they integrate insights from ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), depth-oriented therapy, and inner work.
This group offers a consistent, grounding environment to process emotional material, make meaning of emerging experiences, and translate insight into lived change. Through reflection, relational support, and shared inquiry, participants strengthen emotional resilience while staying connected to others walking a similar path.
Whether you are actively participating in KAP or engaging in parallel depth work, this group supports continuity, integration, and psychological growth over time.
Who This Group Is For
This group may be a good fit if you:
- Have completed an individual KAP series and want ongoing support as you integrate and apply your experiences
- Are participating in Continuum: Monthly KAP Sessions and seek weekly therapeutic continuity
- Are curious about KAP and would benefit from learning alongside others actively integrating medicine experiences
- Want additional support beyond individual therapy or integration sessions
- Are drawn to depth-oriented, relational, and mindfulness-informed group work
A minimum 8-week commitment is recommended to allow for rapport, safety, and momentum, though the group remains open and ongoing.
All prospective members will meet briefly with a facilitator to ensure the group is a good therapeutic fit.
What Integration Offers
Integration bridges the space between insight and lived change. In this group, participants are supported to:
Process emotional material arising from KAP or daily life
Deepen clarity, intention, and self-understanding
Notice where patterns soften and explore how to support emerging possibilities
Strengthen emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience
Connect with peers in a thoughtful, depth-oriented therapeutic space
Integration work is valuable whether or not you are currently receiving ketamine treatment.
Why a Weekly Group?
A weekly rhythm offers continuity and steadiness that can be difficult to sustain alone. Over time, participants often experience:
- A reliable structure for reflection, grounding, and self-connection
- Ongoing relational support and shared perspective
- Greater ease navigating transitions, anxiety, trauma-related patterns, or creative blocks
- Sustained momentum between KAP sessions
- A deeper sense of coherence, resilience, and connection
