A message from Daniella

Finding the right therapist can be an overwhelming process. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning after previous experiences, I will meet you where you are. I strive to create a safe, warm, and nonjudgemental space where you can begin to explore your inner world openly and connect more deeply with your authentic self. I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma who may feel overwhelmed or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I also provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, including preparation and integration for those interested in working in expanded states of consciousness. My goal is to help you cultivate a more compassionate and loving relationship with yourself so that you can access your innate inner wisdom and capacity for healing. Together, we will witness the parts of you that haven’t had the room to be seen and work to restore a sense of agency and wholeness into your life.

Daniella’s work is grounded in trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, and relational attunement. Working from an attachment-based perspective, she integrates parts work and other trauma-informed modalities to help clients understand themselves with greater compassion and curiosity. She believes healing happens through connection, safety, and the experience of being deeply seen.

Daniella specializes in psychedelic integration and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Through her clinical training at Columbia University as part of the world’s first Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training Program, she developed a strong foundation in ethical, evidence-based psychedelic care. She believes therapy can go beyond symptom reduction to support meaningful transformation. In your work together, all parts of you are welcome as you work toward lasting change that extends beyond the therapy room.
