A message from Danielle

Therapy is an opportunity to prioritize yourself and your needs. As your therapist, I will listen deeply to your goals and what you hope to achieve, because I believe you are the expert of your own life. There is no ‘right’ way to heal, grow, or thrive. My role is to facilitate conversations that foster change—not to tell you how to live. Together, we will focus on what is working for you and what you want to change moving forward.

I believe that you are not the problem—the problem is the problem. Labels and diagnoses do not define you; they are simply challenges you may be facing. Through externalizing the problem, we will work to separate it from your identity, allowing you to take back control. By shifting the focus away from limitations and toward your strengths, we can help you move forward with confidence and agency over your life.

  • I believe that therapy should be a place where you feel truly seen, heard, and safe. Whether you are an individual working through past trauma or a couple navigating challenges in your relationship, my priority is to create a space where you can show up as you are—without fear of judgment. Healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore the difficult parts of our story. I am committed to providing the trust and support needed for that process.

For individuals, our work will focus on understanding the patterns that no longer serve you, processing past experiences, and helping you feel at home in your own skin. For couples, I provide a supportive and neutral space where both partners can express themselves openly, improve communication, and build a stronger, more connected relationship.

My approach is collaborative, meaning we will work together to tailor therapy to your specific needs and goals. Whether you're seeking to heal, grow, or strengthen your relationships, I am here to guide you every step of the way. You don’t have to navigate this alone—let’s begin this journey together.
