If you are not in-network with Aetna or Cigna, you may have out of network benefits. While out-of-network benefits vary policy by policy, many insurance plans offer out of network reimbursement. Typically, you would need to meet a deductible before your out-of-network benefit kicks in. Once it does, you could be eligible for anywhere from 50-80% reimbursement for services. The amount reimbursed is determined by what your insurance company offers and what they typically deem the cost of the service.
