Offering individual, couples, and group therapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, medication management…

Ingrid works best with individuals who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or ready for something to change, including those navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma. She offers a compassionate and nonjudgmental space to look beneath the surface, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and do the deeper work of moving toward greater vitality, authenticity, and empowerment.
I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely seen, understood, and safe enough to be honest about what is happening beneath the surface. I strive to create a warm, sincere, and nonjudgmental space where you can bring your whole self.
I believe that knowing yourself deeply is a gift and a source of power. Together, we can explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped you, not simply to understand your past, but to create greater freedom and choice in the present. Therapy can be both a place of comfort and a place to grow, and I will meet you with compassion while gently challenging you when it may help you move toward meaningful change. My hope is that through this work, you can reconnect with your inner wisdom and develop greater self-trust, authenticity, and freedom in how you move forward.
“We must be willing to let go of the life we planned so as to have the life that is waiting for us.”
― Joseph Campbell
Ingrid’s work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, parts work, psychoanalytic theory, and mindfulness. She received her clinical training through Columbia University’s Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training Program and has worked as a study therapist on psychedelic clinical trials investigating the efficacy of different psychedelic compounds in the treatment of mental health conditions. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), with a focus on thoughtful preparation and integration, can be a powerful catalyst for personal change. Ingrid feels privileged to work with people in altered states of consciousness and to help them thoughtfully integrate the insights and experiences that emerge into their therapy and everyday lives.
Ingrid also believes deeply in the mind-body connection and the importance of holistic well-being. She incorporates somatic awareness and body-based approaches into your work together, recognizing that implicit memories and emotional experiences are held in the body, not just the mind. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, inviting you to become more present with your emotions, bodily sensations, and inner experience. Working with Ingrid can help you gently challenge long-held beliefs and patterns that may no longer serve you, creating space for new possibilities to emerge. Her goal is to help you move beyond intellectual understanding toward a deeper, embodied knowing of yourself, so you can live with greater self-trust, presence, and freedom.
