I believe everyone can benefit from therapy. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner student, I strive to use my 11 years of experience as a registered nurse working with cancer patients and apply it to promoting mental health and healing. I have been going to therapy myself for years so I truly believe in the value of partnering up with a professional for guidance and personal growth.

I apply my therapeutic skills and knowledge of struggle and healing to the best of my abilities. I decided to switch my career from oncology nursing to focus on making mental healthcare more available to those in need. In a visit with me, clients can expect an open, unbiased, empathetic approach to expression, collaboration, and feedback. My demeanor is quiet and calming and I choose my words carefully in hopes of providing an environment for clarity and healing.
