A Weekly Virtual Therapy Group for Men Ages 18+
Mondays, 6 PM | Ongoing Enrollment
-Brené brown
Facilitated by licensed clinician Danielle Andreotta, Purpose Beyond Performance is a confidential process group for men seeking a more grounded and meaningful relationship with themselves, their work, and the people around them.
Many men move through life carrying a quiet pressure to stay productive, composed, capable, or “on.” Over time, this can create distance from emotion, relationships, and a deeper sense of self. This group offers space to step out of constant forward motion and into a more reflective, connected way of being.
Together, participants explore themes of identity, purpose, ambition, stress, relationships, emotional presence, and the ways we adapt to meet the demands of life. Rather than focusing narrowly on symptoms or performance, the group invites curiosity about what lies underneath habitual patterns and how greater authenticity, connection, and balance can begin to emerge.
What the Group Cultivates:
Through ongoing dialogue and shared experience, many participants find that the group becomes not only a place of support, but a place to reconnect with parts of themselves that have been neglected, overextended, or difficult to access in everyday life.

You might be wondering: how can a female therapist guide a men’s group?
Danielle Andreotta, LMFT is a seasoned clinician who brings both compassion and clarity to her work with men. Danielle is not here to lecture. She’s here to listen, guide, and hold space so that you can connect with yourself and with other men on your own terms.
Danielle has extensive experience working with men healing from family or relational trauma, and with couples rebuilding communication and trust. Her work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience.
You don’t need to be “good at talking about feelings.” Just be willing to show up.
No one here is trying to fix you. This is about exploring life honestly, together.
We focus on the now - your job stress, your relationships, your sense of self, not just childhood stuff.
You’ll leave with more self-awareness, connection, and communication tools than you came in with.
Not at all. This group helps men name their experiences, express themselves clearly, and gain tools to manage stress, conflict, and relationships.
No experience required. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, this is a place to begin where you are.
Actually, it’s powerful. Many men find that being around others with similar challenges makes it easier to open up and even laugh about it.
We get that concern. But Danielle is highly skilled in facilitating group dynamics and helping men feel seen, supported, and understood. Her role is to guide, not dominate.
The goal is for you to relate to each other; Danielle creates the space for that to happen.
Spots are limited to 4-6 participants to keep the group focused and supportive.
