A message from Ron

You don’t have to navigate anxiety, uncertainty, or self-doubt alone. My approach combines mindfulness with psychodynamic insight to help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck—and develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Change doesn’t happen by forcing ourselves to “fix” things, but by becoming more aware of what’s happening beneath the surface. With presence, curiosity, and gentle honesty, we can uncover new possibilities for growth and peace.

In therapy, I bring together the depth of psychodynamic exploration with the practicality of mindfulness and compassion-based techniques. This means we’ll look at both your inner world—your emotions, history, and unconscious patterns—and your daily experience of stress, anxiety, or disconnection. My role is to help you uncover the roots of your struggles while also developing skills to stay present and balanced in everyday life.

You can expect sessions that feel calm, reflective, and collaborative. I hold space for humor, honesty, and the full range of emotion, trusting that healing emerges not from fixing, but from understanding. My goal is to help you strengthen your connection to yourself and others, and to live with greater clarity and ease.
