A Women’s Ketamine Therapy Program in NYC

Unburdened

A 4-week program for the woman who’s been strong for too long, this is your space to soften, release, and be supported

"A single release, endless expansion"

Resentment and unprocessed emotions often live in  the body—tightening the chest, weighing down the spirit, and looping the nervous system into chronic stress. As autumn invites us to shed, rest, and make space for renewal, Unburdened offers a clinically supported, community-centered way to gently release what’s been held for too long.

This 4-week women’s program combines ketamine-assisted therapy in NYC with restorative practices like energy healing, guided meditation, light breathwork, and gentle movement. Together, we’ll create a safe, expertly facilitated space for emotional release, reconnection, and freedom.

What's Included?

Over the course of 4 weeks, participants will be guided by licensed clinicians and holistic practitioners in a safe, supportive environment. Your program includes:

  • 1 four-hour NYC mini-retreat with a guided ketamine journey, group support, and restorative practices
  • 3 follow-up ketamine sessions (2 hours each) guided by a licensed clinician
  • 4 virtual co-facilitated integration sessions for reflection, discussion, and meaning-making
  • Energy healing to support emotional and physical release
  • Guided meditation, light breathwork, and gentle movement to help the body integrate new states of being
  • Closing circle to honor the work and deepen community connection
  • Prescriber evaluation and medicine included in the program
  • A safe, supportive space for authentic emotional expression and community healing

This unique blend of psychedelic-assisted therapy and holistic practices helps participants connect mind and body, moving beyond intellectual understanding into a lived, embodied experience of relief and renewal.

This is a great place to start if you’re considering joining the retreat or want to learn more about how KAP supports emotional release, neuroplasticity, and community healing.

What Does Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Help With?

  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that supports emotional release and neuroplasticity, helping the brain create new pathways for healing. Research shows that KAP can help with:Anxiety and depression
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Chronic stress and burnout
  • Emotional numbness or overwhelm

When paired with body-centered practices, KAP not only supports new insights, but also helps you feel those shifts in the body—where lasting change can take root.
