  • Evaluations are 60 mins with follow-up sessions lasting 45 mins.

    Group psychotherapy sessions are 60 mins.

    We have a one week cancellation/rescheduling policy. All patients are requested to notify us of cancellations at their earliest convenience so that we can use the time to accommodate the needs of other patients.

  • Yes, however we do strongly encourage in-person therapy when possible

  • We work with all adults 18 and older.

  • Listen primarily, which may not sound like much, but we promise that you will find our skilled guidance of your time in treatment to be stimulating, healing and productive!

  • Treatment needs can usually be measured in the span of years, and might even be “interminable” (per Freud). But it really depends on a number of factors. Trust us that treatment is the furthest thing from coercive; you are always in the driver’s seat when it comes to initiating, continuing, and terminating treatment.

  • To the contrary, we are proud and excited to do this work. You will be on the road to healing when you begin to understand how interesting, deep, and complex your unconscious mind is!

  • We offer a weekly “access group” that is free and open to all interested sufferers (depending on availability; up to one visit per person per month) to experience a healing milieu and to learn more about our clinical offerings.

By sheer luck (I will not call it the grace of God, as so many died on that terrible day), I was at a safe distance, and my life not directly threatened, but the meaning of that moment was personally indelible as it has been for many across our nation and world. There seemed to be no place more fitting to found a center devoted to healing trauma.
