PSYCHOTHERAPIST, lMsw

Alicia Martin

Alicia works with clients who have experienced various forms of relational trauma, often feeling lost in codependency and self-doubt. Her clients tend to live in a state of hypervigilance, always waiting for the other shoe to drop. She is here to offer a supportive, compassionate space to help them untangle their history of trauma and reclaim their sense of self.

A message from Alicia

Searching for the right therapist can be a challenging and emotional experience. I want to acknowledge and honor the courage it takes to seek help and take this crucial step toward healing. My passion lies in working with trauma, particularly in areas of C-PTSD, emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, and codependency. I understand how past experiences can leave you feeling fragmented, and I am here to compassionately support you in putting the pieces back together.

In our work together, I will create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your experiences and reconnect with your inner healer. I believe that healing is a participatory act, and by empowering you to be an active participant in your own journey, we can cultivate lasting mental health and well-being. Integrating wisdom from a combination of evidence-based and holistic therapeutic methods, we will work together to restore your sense of self and introduce intention and choice back into your life. Your resilience and growth are at the heart of my practice, and I am dedicated to supporting you every step of the way.
