This workshop invites you into a creative flow state through playful, accessible writing prompts inspired by poetic forms like the Duplex (created by Pulitzer Prize-winner Jericho Brown) and stylistic templates from Ocean Vuong. Whether you’re a seasoned writer or a curious beginner, you’ll be guided in crafting poems that illuminate and surprise. The atmosphere is lighthearted yet spacious - encouraging both introspection and moments of delight.

Low-Dose Ketamine Component:

Low-dose ketamine can support creative openness, quiet inner chatter, and enhance emotional access. Participants often report a sense of clarity, wonder, and joy - making it a beautiful companion to the writing process.

This component is supervised by our clinical team to ensure individualized care and safety. Participants choosing this option will first complete a medical intake and eligibility evaluation with our psychiatric prescriber, Daniel Zimmerman, M.D.
