A message from Monica

I view therapy as an open, non-judgmental space where you can compassionately inquire into how you can live more meaningfully. Because of the nature of the human experience, we all get stuck in repeated patterns that do not serve us. It can feel exhausting to go through the motions of life rather than feel a sense of aliveness in your daily experience. In therapy, we will explore different areas of your life that you want to nurture and create a greater sense of meaning in. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, allowing us to work together to identify and address challenges in a way that feels authentic to you. Whether you're navigating personal struggles, relationship issues, or life transitions, my goal is to help you achieve a more meaningful and fulfilling life by nurturing balance across all areas.
