A message from Paige
Whether you are struggling daily, are in a period of transition, or you are wanting to deepen your personal awareness and insight, I offer a non-judgmental and creative space to work toward your goals. In our work together, we will develop and strengthen your functional and emotional tools, to move out of survival mode and into the life you want to be living. We’ll work to identify your needs, gain insight about what is causing suffering/blocking you from your ideal life, and begin to release pain, and help you create emotional peace and freedom.
No matter where you are in your life, you are deserving of compassionate support. Making changes and looking honestly at ourselves can be challenging, and you don’t have to be alone in your journey. I’m here to offer support and thoughtful guidance as you take steps toward personal freedom, As Rumi says, “the wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
