“We don’t heal in isolation, but in community.”

-s. Kelley Harrell

Reclaim Joy. Heal in Connection.

Facilitated by Alicia Martin LMSW, Healing in Connection is a supportive, trauma-informed space for women ready to reconnect with their core and grow past the burdens of Complex PTSD, relational trauma, and attachment wounds.

Here, healing isn’t just about symptom relief, it’s about reclaiming self-trust, vitality, and connection. Together, we create a new narrative: one of resilience, empowerment, and community.

We talk about what’s actually happening in your life:

  • Complex PTSD, relational wounds, and attachment trauma

  • Boundaries, self-trust, and emotional regulation

  • Grief, shame, and identity rebuilding

  • Reconnecting to joy, body, and spirit

  • Healing collective and personal histories

Through gentle conversation, somatic work, and peer support, along with optional low-dose ketamine and integration sessions, you’ll move toward post-traumatic growth in a space that honors your pace and your power.

Common questions women have about trauma therapy

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Women are statistically more likely to experience certain types of trauma (domestic violence, sexual assault) and may internalize shame, blame, and disconnection. Healing must honor these realities, and this group does.

  • No experience needed. Whether you’re new to therapy or looking for a deeper community experience, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

  • It can feel vulnerable, but connection is the antidote to isolation. You’ll never be forced to share beyond what feels right for you.

  • Absolutely. This group affirms women of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone.

  • Optional low-dose ketamine sessions are woven into the 12-week journey to support nervous system healing and emotional processing. Participation in medicine sessions is not required but is encouraged.
