Build Connection. Redefine Strength.
Facilitated by licensed clinicians Alessandra Licul LMHC and Danielle Andreotta LMFT, Better Together is a supportive, confidential space for male-identifying individuals who want more from life and from themselves. Whether you’re struggling with relationships, identity, stress, or simply feeling disconnected, this group offers space to be real. Together, we explore what it means to show up without pressure to have it all figured out.
We talk about what’s actually happening in your life:
Emotional and mental health
Relationship struggles
Career pressures
Masculinity and identity
Loneliness and connection
Through open conversation and mutual support, group members can gain insight, find relief, and build new ways of being - with themselves and others.

About the Facilitators
You might be wondering: how can two female therapists guide a men’s group?
Alessandra Licul, LMHC and Danielle Andreotta, LMFT are seasoned clinicians who bring both compassion and clarity to their work with men. They’re not here to lecture. They’re here to listen, guide, and hold space so that you can connect with yourself and with other men on your own terms.
Alessandra specializes in helping individuals navigate stress, self-doubt, and life transitions with a no-nonsense, depth-oriented approach. She works best with those ready to make meaningful changes and reconnect with their most authentic self.
Danielle has extensive experience working with men healing from family or relational trauma, and with couples rebuilding communication and trust. Her work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience.
Their job is to build a space that feels safe, grounded, and real.
Your job? Just show up.
What Makes This Group Different
-
Real Conversations
You don’t need to be “good at talking about feelings.” Just be willing to show up.
-
Support Without Judgement
No one here is trying to fix you. This is about exploring life honestly, together.
-
Rooted in Real Life
We focus on the now - your job stress, your relationships, your sense of self, not just childhood stuff.
-
Tools for the Long Haul
You’ll leave with more self-awareness, connection, and communication tools than you came in with.
Common questions male-identifying individuals have about therapy
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
-
Not at all. This group helps men name their experiences, express themselves clearly, and gain tools to manage stress, conflict, and relationships.
-
No experience required. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, this is a place to begin where you are.
-
Actually, it’s powerful. Many men find that being around others with similar challenges makes it easier to open up and even laugh about it.
-
We get that concern. But Alessandra and Danielle are highly skilled in facilitating group dynamics and helping men feel seen, supported, and understood. Their role is to guide, not dominate.
The goal is for you to relate to each other; they create the space for that to happen.
